How do I get a COVID test?
Please contact your primary care provider; they may ask you some questions to determine whether or not a test
is right for you. If appropriate, your primary care provider will write an order and send you to the
appropriate testing location. Results should be reported back to the ordering provider within 2-3 business
days. If you do not receive your results within three (3) business days, please call your primary care
provider's office directly. If you do not have a primary care provider, please contact Panhandle Health or
Northwest Urgent Care who may be able to further assist you.

Can patients have guests come with them?
To help keep our patients and staff safe, we are limiting visitors. We request adults come in alone, if they
are able. Those adults and pediatric patients requiring assistance are allowed one visitor.

Are there medical exceptions (Asthma/COPD/Etc.) for masks?
Yes, if you have a medical condition, mental health condition, or disability that otherwise prevents you from
wearing a face-covering, you are not required to do so.
However, we would ask that you call us from your vehicle before entering the building for your appointment. We will return your call and ask you some standard screening questions to determine if a live visit or telehealth visit is right for you. Once a room is available, we will call you and let you know that it is ready for you.
